Hello everyone! Long time no post, right? So anyways, you may or may not have heard of the new series Brandon Mull is making, which will be called Five Kingdoms. The first book is Sky Raiders, and guess what, I found the cover art for the first book! Here it is in all of its glory:
Yeah, it is a bit small but it is the only picture I could find. But still, it is pretty exciting! Going into detial, I can see that the main character is most likely a boy. It seems he is flying and holding what looks like a sword or wand in his hand. The object is emitting a bright light. He is being attacked/chased by a scorpion- a really really big scorpion. This is pretty strange, if you ask me, but no doubt a cool new fanasy series. That is all I have for right now but keep checking back, as I will post new information when I get it! Thank you!

Exclusive Brandon Mull Video!
This post marks the first time Sweetfable97 is showing exclusive content to you, the reader/viewer! I have recently found an unlisted video of Brandon Mull & Christopher Paolini talking about how they create the worlds and characters in their books. I decided to share it with the world, because I really do not like unlisted videos in general. It is an awesome clip!

Fablehaven: Curse of the Demon Mist App
Hopefully this year will see the release of the Fablehaven: Curse of the Demon Mist app. Here is what I know about it so far:
It’s a board game set in the Fablehaven universe. It’s a tile placing game with player pieces, dice, and tokens. The object is to collect artifacts as you compete against others as each of you build your path on the race to the Fairy Shrine. You get to choose between a Satyr, Naiad, Fairy, or a Centaur. It will be avialable for the iPhone and iPad, and is being developed by Good Knight Games.
The artstyle is very realistic looking, and the characters look a little more creepy than I would have ever imagined them to be. As I get more information about the app, I will post it here. In the mean time, here are some screenshots and other things to look at:

The Candy Shop War Card Game Kickstarter Campaign Has Started!
Welcome, everyone, to my blog. I will be posting daily on the latest news about Brandon Mull's books. To kick things off (pun intended), I have decided to make my first post dedicated to the Kickstarter campaign that started on the 29th of January for the Candy Shop War Card game.
If you bought the second book of the Candy Shop War, The Arcade Catastrophe, it is likely that you found that your book contained some cards from this game. Imagine the simplicity of Yahtzee mixed with the fast-paced action and card play of Pokemon and you've got The Candy Shop War Card Game. Like any Kickstarter project, the more money you pledge, the better the prizes you will get. Here are the different prizes you can get:
